FAQ Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Where is the Artist based and how far will he travel?
The Artist is based in Glastonbury, Somerset, UK and can travel to all national and international venues.
  2. How long does the Artist play?
Usually 2 sets of approximately 45 mins to 1 hour each with a break of around 30 mins in between. This is not fixed, however, and with enough notice, we can create a set just for you.
  3. What is the set up on stage?
Contact us to request a Stage Plan.
  4. How long does the Artist require to set up?
A minimum of 1hr 30mins is required to set up, longer if necessary according to the needs of the venue. After setting up we will require a further minimum of 30mins to change before the performance. Recorded music can be played through the system if appropriate during this part of the evening.
  5. How much do you charge?
We endeavour to be as flexible as possible to suit your requirements and will review all your requests to tailor a quote specifically for you.
  6. How do I make an enquiry about booking?
You can make an enquiry by using the online Contact Form.
  7. How do I confirm a booking?
To proceed with the booking we will send you out 2 copies of the contract for you to sign, one of which you must return by email or post.
  8. When do I pay?
To confirm a booking with the Artist, we require a booking fee with the balance being paid a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of performance. All details are included in the contract and an invoice will be provided.
  9. How do I pay?
Accepted payment methods include: Cash / BACS Bank Transfer / Cheque / PayPal payment online (fees apply).
  10. What does the Artist require at the venue?
At least 5m x 3m (or 4m x 4m) of floor space in order to perform and approximately 1 to 1hr 30mins to set up (depending on the size and equipment hired).
Adequate electrical supply, i.e. a minimum of 2 standard 3 pin, 13 amp power sockets near the performance area that are independent, i.e. NOT shared with catering, disco, etc. This should save overloading any circuits! If we are running off of a generator, we run no more than 3000 watts from a 230 volt supply = 13 amps.
  11. Hospitality & Refreshments: It is customary to provide food, soft drinks tea/coffee etc. and a room to change in.
  12. Do you provide a DJ?
We can provide a full DJ package including extra dance floor lights plus a complete range of music! So for a much smaller fee than it would normally cost for a separate DJ we can provide the entire nights entertainment. Playing before, in-between and after the Artist, the DJ set is co-ordinated by the Artist so it is in tune with the set list assuring the music for your event is fully in sync, though of course we are happy to take requests from guests as well. Clients are encouraged to suggest material that they would like to hear on the night whether it be genre, artist or specific songs so that we can get a feel for what atmosphere you would like for the evening. Alternatively we can arrange background music to fill the period between the live sets. For more information regarding our DJ package please Contact us via the Contact Form.
